1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Taza Funnels (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Taza Funnels is an all-in-one business automation platform that provides tools for funnel building, CRM, WhatsApp automation, email marketing, course hosting, and other marketing and sales automation features. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various pricing plans.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Some aspects of the Service are provided on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). Billing cycles are set on the date you initially subscribe.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your agreement to the new pricing.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other methods as displayed during checkout. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for all fees incurred.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices
• Collect user information without consent
• Use the Service for any illegal or unethical purposes

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Taza Funnels and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. User Content

You are responsible for all content that you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (such as payment gateways, WhatsApp, email providers, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taza Funnels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taza Funnels, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
