Monthly Subscriptions

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days (during the money-back guarantee period), you will receive a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period, but you will continue to have access until the end of your annual term.

Refund Timeline

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the downgrade takes effect.

If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refund. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances (such as extended service outages caused by us, billing errors, or documented technical issues preventing use of core features), we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy. These requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
